How Do I place an Order?

You can place your order online by first navigating to the specific style you would like. Once you see the style you would like to order, you then select the type of graphic you would like on your bag, as well as the color you would like your straps to be. Once you have selected those two options click "add to cart" and you will then be directed to paypal for your payment options. Please note, if you would like to include a message with your order, paypal will give you the option to do so, once you have completed your payment.

How do I place a custom order/ What is a custom order?

You can place a custom order online by first heading to the "custom options" section of our website at http://secondwindsails.net/?action=customoptions.

Once you have reached this section please scroll down to the style and size bag or product you would like customized and then write in the text box, what you would like on your bag or product.

A custom order can be anything from a specific name (either in text or marine signals), number, image, logo, burgee, or alteration of the regular sizing of one of our products, such as a shower curtain.

When will my credit card be charged?

Paypal will charge your card once you complete your order.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders using Fed Ex. We have several options available for expedited shipping service, however, unless you choose otherwise, we will ship using Fed Ex Ground/Home Delivery.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?

Because each of our products are handmade, our lead times may vary according to our current sales volume. We are currently working on a 2-3 week lead time for all regular orders, whereas we have a 3-4 week lead time for all custom orders and shower curtains. Please remember to order early for Christmas!!!

How can I make returns or exchanges?

Returns/Exchanges are accepted for credit or exchange within 30 days and accompanied by a sales receipt. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients will be given a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Please send all return inquires to jenny@secondwindsails.net. There will be no returns or credits given on custom orders or shower curtains as those products are all made to order.
