Shipping Information

All of our products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which is guaranteed 1-3 days for continental US. Our sailcloth tote bags will be shipped same day if order is received before 1pm EST and item is in stock. All other items, including custom orders will be made to order, and you will receive a notification via email when order is ready to ship.

We ship internationally via USPS for a flat rate. Please inquire @ terri@secondwindsails.net Shipping on all Bags, Shower Curtains, and Pillows is a flat rate of $12 per order.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on regular items that are in perfect condition neither used, dirty, or damaged 7 days from purchase with receipt. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received and there will be a 10% restocking fee if free shipping was granted. There are no returns or exchanges on custom items or shower curtains as those are made to order. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and the returned items can be mailed to:
